In my Bachelor program, I focused on Broadcasting and Communication and obtained a minor in Sound Production and Design.

In my Master's program in addition to classes on social media, we focused on strategic communication, public relations, crisis communication, quantitative and qualitative research, advertising, audience research and analysis, and organizational communication.

In my position at the UToledo Health,
I manage the social media strategy for the hospital using social media, on Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, and LinkedIn.
I manage website updates
Shoot and edit video, and on the for the University of Toledo as needed along with the hospital
I also host and produce the Prescribed Listening podcast
I also an in charge of our Culture Committee in the Marketing and Communications office.
At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, churches in Northwest, Ohio were not able to hold in-person services and were forced to turn to online resources despite not having an online strategy. I worked with St. Paul's Lutheran Church to develop a social media strategy and continue services online, and they did not have to cancel one service because of this. I also designed an app and redesigned a website for them, developed and edited a podcast with the pastors. We catered to an audience searching for hope and relationships in their lives by tying in Christian beliefs to their current situation.
October 2018 - March 2020
As a Promoter for Biggby Coffee, I worked for a franchise owner with 25 locations in Ohio and Michigan. I organized events, and marketed the store through print and digital materials, and and managed community partnerships. I also developed their social media strategy through Facebook and Instagram.
June 2015 - June 2018
I worked at WTVG 13abc as an Audio Operator on the evening newscasts for the last two years of my bachelor's degree from 2015 to 2017. I worked with audio, lights, cameras and social media for the station, and operated audio in the live truck for offsite events.
Once I graduated I took on a role as a News Producer from 2017-2018 where I wrote the newscasts and formatted the show for air, created visual elements to make stories more appealing, and posted content on our website and social media.
